How to Apply

Our wide range of degree programs is designed to enhance research aptitude and equip students with practical, skill-based knowledge to meet the demands of the job market.

Step 1: Visit the Website

• Go to the official website [Click Here]
• Click the Apply button

Step 2: Fill in Basic Details

• Complete the application form and click Next
• Select your Scheme of Study
• Select your Program
• Select your Session / Passing Year
• Enter your UOS Registration Number
• Enter your Roll Number
• Click Next

Step 3: Provide Personal Information

• Enter your valid CNIC/NIC number
• Upload a passport-size photograph with a blue background
  • Maximum file size: 700 KB
  • Format: .jpeg

Step 4: Provide Academic Information

• Select your Degree Completion Year carefully (required for degree issuance applications only)
• Click Apply

Step 5: Download Required Documents

• Application Form – download/print in portrait format
• Fee Voucher – download/print in landscape format

Note: For Departmental Verification

• Select Verification Type as Departmental
• Enter Departmental Letter Number
• Select your Department Name from the list
• If your department is not listed, contact the Controller of Examinations
• Download/print the Application Form (portrait)
• Download/print the Fee Challan (landscape)
• Attach the Verification Letter (download from the provided link)

Important Instructions

• Urgent/Before time degree shall be issued after 6 month from issuance of final transcript. Moreover, minimum sixty working days are required for preparation of urgent/before time degree.

  (Fee must be deposited on computer generated print of online challan)
• Photocopy of Result Card/Transcript/Degree (without attestation for verification)
• Photocopy of CNIC(Attested)
• امیدواران ڈگری ویر یفیکیشن کی درخواست دینے سے قبل رزلٹ / ٹرانسکرپٹ/ ڈگری پردرج کواف چیک کر لیں غلطی کی صورت میں پہلے رزلٹ/ٹرانسکرپٹ/ڈگری درست کرواءیں بصورت دیگر ویریفیکیشن نہ ہوگی۔۔۔
