Important Note:

  1. You must have a valid CNIC  number or registration number before start.
  2. Complete your online application form. A admission form and challan form for examinations fee will be generated which can be deposited in any branch of HBL. Then Candidate has to attach the copy of latest result card (available on website) with admission form and deposited challan and send it to Admin Officer, BA/BSc Branch, Examinations Department, University of Sargodha  for its final submission.
  3. Before submission of applications, make sure that all required information have been provided correctly because candidate will not be able to edit his/her application once submitted and no correction would be entertained at any cost.
Payment Note

Examination fee is payable (through Challan Form) at any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. (HBL). Challan Form will be available to you after completion of your application.

1. Can I modify my application information after submitting it?

Yes, you can make changes to your application information after submission. You will be prompted to enter your password. Enter your portal password and make the necessary changes. It is mandatory to submit the application after updating your information accurately. Otherwise, your name will not appear in the merit list, and the university administration will not be responsible for any consequences.

2. Where can I get the university prospectus?

There is no need to purchase a prospectus as only online applications are accepted. The university prospectus can be downloaded in PDF format from the following link: https://su.edu.pk/upload/UOS-Prospectus-2022.pdf

3. Can I submit any form by filling it out with a pencil?

No, all forms, including the admission application, can only be filled and submitted online.

4. Can the admission fee be submitted after the deadline?

No, the online system will automatically stop working after the due date. The admission fee and application must be submitted well before the deadline in any case.

5. What will happen if I provide false or misleading information?

Providing false or misleading information will not only result in the removal of your name from the merit list but also disciplinary action against the concerned candidate.

6. What should I do if I forget my login password?

In case you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” option on the home page and enter your mobile number. An SMS will be sent to your mobile number, and you can reset your password by entering the code. If you still do not receive the code, contact us via email at admissions@uos.edu.pk

7. What should I do if I do not receive the sign-in code?

If you do not receive the sign-in code via email or SMS, click on the “Resend Code” option and re-enter your mobile number. The code will be sent again. If you still do not receive the code, contact us via email at admissions@uos.edu.pk

8. Is it necessary to send educational documents, admission applications, or other documents by mail?

No, it is not necessary to send any documents by mail. However, all candidates whose names appear in the merit list will have to appear in person at the respective department with all their documents.

9. What should I do if the fee status is “Awaiting”?

If you have downloaded the application copy and online challan form after submitting the application and submitted the challan form at any HBL branch before the fee submission deadline and you have not received a confirmation message via email or SMS within 72 hours, email a photo of your submitted challan to  admissions@uos.edu.pk. Our team will verify and confirm your status before the deadline.

10. How do I verify the accuracy of my information and data after viewing the master list?

Log in to your account at admissions.uos.edu.pk, click on the “Manage” option for the application, go to the “Request for Correction” option, select the desired field, write the error and its correction in detail, and click on “Submit”. Our team will rectify the errors you have mentioned at the earliest opportunity. Upon correction of errors, you will receive an email, and you can then download a new copy of your application.

11. When will the master lists be displayed and what is meant by the master list?

The master list will be displayed on the due date so that requests to correct data can be processed through the login of the applicants. After the due dates, requests for data correction will not be accepted at any cost.
