Admission of Associate Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce, Part one/two Supplementary Examination 2023 Sargodha University

It is notified for information of all concerned that the schedule for submission of admission forms for Associate Degree in Arts, Associate Degree in Science and Associate Degree in Commerce, Part-I and Part-II Supplementary Examination 2023 is as under:

Instructions:

  1. Fresh/failed as whole candidates are not eligible to appear in ADA/ADS/ ADC. Only compartment candidates are eligible to appear in above said programs.
  2. The private compartment/late college candidates will submit online admission form through online link i.e. annual.su.edu.pk/admissions. The fee must be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in account No. 00427991796403 on computer generated bank challan which will be downloaded automatically after online submission of admission form. Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque and hand written bank challan etc. will not be acceptable.
  3. In online admission forms, the candidates can only change Mobile Number and Email Address (if required)
  4. If any candidate / principal deposits less than the prescribed fee, he/she shall have to deposit late fee otherwise Roll No Slip shall not be issued to him/her.
  5. The principals of colleges will forward admission forms of late college/compartment students of their college after depositing prescribed fee. Private students will deposit fee on individual basis and send admission forms to the University by post/by hand.
  6. After successful submission of online admission form, it is mandatory for a candidate to print hard copy of admission form, sign it and submit the hard copy of admission form along with paid fee challan and copies of required documents to the Assistant Controller of Examinations, ADP Branch, University of Sargodha within due date by post/by hand.
  7. No manual admission form is acceptable in any circumstances.
  8. Examinations will commence w.e.f. 23-01-2024
  9. Hard copy of Roll Number slips of candidates will not be dispatched, therefore they are advised to keep visiting University Website for date sheet and Roll No. Slips.
  10. Roll Slips will only be uploaded on the University website i.e. annual.su.edu.pk/Examination/RollNoSlip/RollNoSlips.
  11. If any candidate failed to download his/her Roll Number Slip and could not appear in the examination, University shall not be responsible.

Note: Portal will be opened for submission of admission forms on 01.01.2024.
